Directions for use
Adults: Take 2 softgels three times daily before a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks.
